In the front of the property is the completely renovated 1935 cottage on a large lot with plenty of room to park. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, A/C and heat, leather couch, free WiFi, 2 flat screen tvs with Direct TV, queen bed , twin day bed, with twin trundle. Please take the time to read the rules about our check in time. The following items are available: chimenea, 4 bikes (if available during your stay), toys, and games. Property has it's own gas grille. A Safeway grocery store right across the street! Eight tenths of a mile from the famous Whiskey Row with bars like the Bird Cage, Matts Saloon and Jersey Lillys Saloon just to name a few. Prescott Courthouse Plaza that host events like: arts and crafts shows, summer concert series along with street dances, 4th of July Parade celebrating the worlds oldest rodeo, Christmas Courthouse Lighting, Christmas Parade, Ackner Music Night just to name a few. You are 10 minute drive from the Prescott National Forest, Goldwater and Lynx Lakes, Lynx Creek Ruins and many hiking and biking trails.
