Brand New Cottage Home at the Village at Kowaliga Bay at Lake Martin with Water Access (Boat Launch and Boat slips). 3 Bed / 2 Bath with Dining Room, Screen Porch, and long drive way. This White Bay House is not far from the lake - just a few steps away from the pool and the boat launch. It has water access. A Large Flatscreen TV is above the fireplace and each bedroom has a TV. Located 33 miles from Auburn University.
