ALL ROOMS BENEFIT FROM HAVING HIGH CEILINGS, PERIOD FEATURES AND GAS CENTRAL HEATING THROUGHOUT. THE HEATING IS CONTROLLED BY A HIVE SYSTEM, WHICH ALLOWS US TO ENSURE THAT THE APARTMENT IS WARM AND COSY FOR YOUR ARRIVAL.
THE PROPERTY IS A VERY SHORT 3-4 MINUTES WALK FROM LOCAL SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, PUBLIC HOUSES AND COFFEE SHOPS. ALSO WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE ARE PANNETT PARK, WEST CLIFF AND THE BUSTLING HARBOUR WITH ITS MANY BOAT TRIPS MAKING IT AN IDEAL HOLIDAY SETTING.
Mariners Hall has a large entrance hallway, which is now dressed as a beautiful dining area. The hall provides direct spacious access to the property's kitchen, lounge and 2 en-suite bedrooms. The large modern kitchen includes all the usual appliances as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge area is very spacious with two large sash windows with original shutters and other beautiful period features. There is an abundance of space both for couples and families to enjoy in comfort. The property has two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have wardrobe, dressing table and under-bed storage. Bedroom 1's en-suite has a jacuzzi bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. Bedroom 2's en-suite has a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. Both are fully tiled and well appointed.
There is plenty of room for travel cots, prams, bikes etc. in the property. If anything extra is required we will do our best to source it for our guests with prior notice.
We provide tea, coffee, sugar and milk on arrival to ensure your break gets off to a good start.
