The house is spacious and comfortable, with four large bedrooms, and two large lounge spaces. All bed linen and towels are included. Entering downstairs, you will find a TV room with its own kitchenette, fully equipped laundry, three double bedrooms and main bathroom with two way access. Through the French windows is a private under cover, fully enclosed patio area.
A lift has been installed, making the upstairs more accessible to all.
Upstairs is the real star. The lounge and dining area are pleasantly furnished, including another TV, and the stunning kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need including a pod coffee maker and all basic pantry needs.The open plan living area's floor to ceiling windows show off the ever-changing ocean and view and, if that isn't enough there are three balcony areas, one with BBQ and dining table.
The master bedroom has the same view, as well as a walk through robe and huge en suite with bath and shower.A third toilet is also located upstairs. Both TVs are Smart and there is good wifi.
Parking for at least four cars with a two car garage and driveway.
The house is an exclusive lease and regularly used by the owners, meaning that dates are subject to confirmation.
