Featuring over 3,000sqft of space across three floors and located on 1.5 acres of land with a private fishing dock and endless supply of amenities, this retreat is ideal for groups as small as couples and as large as family reunions.
The Space:
Our three floor home is located on scenic Indian River Drive in Fort Pierce, Florida. Minutes from I-95 and the Florida Turnpike, our 3,000sqft home on 1.5 acres in the "Eden Section" of the riverfront community has the privacy you crave during your vacation.
The third floor showcases sprawling views of the ocean and stunning sunrises to the east and passing trains to the west with an ocean-facing balcony consisting of chairs and hammocks for you to enjoy throughout your stay. Unwind on one of the couches or experience a sun-soaked nap on the trundle bed. Bar seating for seven, vast dining area, half bathroom, 65" SmartTV, and baby grand piano make the top floor a top-tier entertainment venue for guests.
On the second floor you'll find the master and secondary bedrooms. The master bedroom features large ocean-facing windows that fill the room with natural sunlight as the sun rises and throughout the day. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, work station, sofa bed, walk-in closet, and 50" SmartTV. The expansive master en-suite bathroom is large enough to be its own room. With his and her sinks and mirrors, a shower capable of fitting four, and a television, you'll be as comfortable here as you would in any other room.
The secondary bedroom has a king bed and 55" SmartTV, along with an en-suite bathroom that has a combination shower and bathtub. Top off your day with a relaxing salt bath then sink into the bed and binge watch your favorite shows.
Upon opening the doors to grand entryway on the second floor, you'll be in the main living room that includes two pullout couches with queen beds, a combination mini fridge and freezer, microwave, and coffee bar. Gather around to watch the game or microwave some popcorn and throw a movie on the 65" SmartTV.
If TV isn't your thing, step outside onto the west-facing deck with a beverage or good book and watch the trains go by from the comforts of the outdoor dining area or lounge furniture.
Also on the second floor, you'll find the main laundry room. You won't mind doing laundry in this fully stocked nook complete with an ironing station, pedestal sink with filtered water, and stunning views of the ocean. This may be the first time there's an argument over who GETS to do the laundry.
The first floor is a stylish studio apartment complete with a full bathroom, washer and dryer, full kitchen, and dining area that seats six. The private bedroom has a queen bed and in the common area you'll find a California king bed that has privacy curtains. The common area also has a sofa bed, sectional couch, SmartTV, and pool table.
Located on 1.5 acres of land, there is plenty of room for activities! In the backyard you'll be able to sit around the fire pit and share stories or make s'mores. In the front yard, enjoy barbecuing with waterfront views while your guests play cornhole, giant jenga, or the other outdoor games provided during your stay.
If you're looking to spend time by the water, head down to the private dock and cast your lines out to try your luck at catching some beautiful Florida fish. For those who are feeling more adventurous, take one of the complimentary kayaks and launch from the dock to explore the stunning Fort Peirce waterfront.

Getting Around:
We offer complimentary parking with room for up to 8 cars. Camper/Motorhome parking is available, but must be requested prior to booking.
Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT: There are train tracks and the occasional passing train on the west-facing (backyard) side of the house. You may hear them when outside and possibly near west-facing windows from within the house. We have thick hurricane windows that help to reduce the noise in addition to complimentary ear plugs for all guests.
ADDITIONAL: To access the private dock, you will need to walk directly in front of the house across the street to reach the water.
