The Space:
As you traverse the picturesque Yosemite Valley mountains, you'll stumble upon a remarkably serene and private property known as "The Whispering Pines" This incredible cabin is surrounded by majestic redwoods and pines! It has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate families or small groups offering an array of amenities! You wont want to leave!

* An amazing game room boasts a recently acquired, full-sized arcade machine loaded with more than 300 classic games, a miniature Nintendo console offering an additional 32 timeless titles complete with two controllers and extension cords, a ping pong table, foosball, air hockey, a basketball arcade machine (Pop-A-Shot), an assortment of board games, and a 65-inch smart TV,
* A spacious and and well-appointed kitchen features high-end appliances, a Keurig and Cuisinart automatic coffee machine. Premium black matte stone dinnerware sets are provided for adults and a plastic dinnerware options are available for children.
* A theater popcorn machine for extra fun movie nights!
* Lightning-fast 1 GB high-speed Wi-Fi.
* Three lovely bedrooms are adorned with cozy memory foam mattresses, and the entire property is adorned with stunning artwork.

The Neighborhood
You'll be staying on a 2 acre lot in the Oakhurst foothills. Enjoy the sun-kissed open concept living, providing extremely easy access to Bass Lake and the nearby towns of Bass Lake and Oakhurst. The close proximity to Yosemite National Park makes this a great launch pad for day trips, or stay behind and hang out at Bass Lake. Pine Slope Picnic Area overlooking the lake is just a 10 minute drive. Oakhurst and Coarsegold are nearby towns with modern conveniences such as grocery stores, local coffee shops, restaurants, and more.
Getting Around
We suggest using your own vehicle to get around, though Uber and Lyft are available on busy weekends. You are more than welcome to walk, jog, or bike around the neighborhood! 4 wheel drive and tire chains are strongly encouraged during winter months, and may be required by California Highway Patrol if there's a large amount of snow. The roads can also get icy in the winter. The nearest Airport is Yosemite International Airport, located just an hour away.

House Rules
1. Communication is key! To ensure a smooth experience, check-in time begins at 4 pm, and we kindly request that check-out is completed by 11 am. Our office hours are from 8 am to 9 pm, so please communicate any inquiries or arrival plans between these hours. If you anticipate arriving after 9 pm, please inform us in advance.
2. We greatly appreciate honesty! Please inform us the total number of guests who will be staying at the house. Please note that the maximum occupancy is 11 total individuals. We believe kids would be most comfortable on the couch and bunks. Pets are welcome! 2 pets max. There is also a $100 pet fee.
3. While we understand that this home accommodates a larger group, we kindly ask that you treat it with the same respect as if it were your own. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited, and tampering with or removing smoke detectors is illegal. Engaging in activities such as playing loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, and similar behaviors will result in a party fine of $1,000. Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm to 7 am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, etc.), game room games, and provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If our offering doesn't align with your expectations, please let us know your preferences, and we will be happy to guide you in the right direction. While unforeseen circumstances may occur, we will always do our best to ensure you have an exceptional time. With the exception of things out of our control, we'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
6. Embrace the local way! Please refrain from leaving trash outside, as it may attract bears and other wild animals. We have provided a designated trash bin for your convenience.

You can spread deer food around the property to observe these majestic creatures grazing. Remember to maintain a safe distance ("school bus length") from any wild animals for your safety and theirs.
