Whiskey Ridge Ranch, a unique western sanctuary, is nestled on 2 1/2 Acres, a mere 10-minute Uber ride or drive from the vibrant Downtown Bend. Surrounded by parks and open spaces, this property offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, yet is just a 3-minute drive to the renowned 10 Barrel Brewery and other local east-side restaurants. With two newer kitchens and new mattresses, our property exudes the unique Central Oregon western flair. We welcome your furry friends (dogs only) with a pet fee.
Because our property is located in a quiet rural residential neighborhood, it's a great location for family reunions and laid-back friend gatherings, but NOT PARTIES. Suppose you have a larger group gathering over the total number of folks staying at Whiskey Ridge (hosting a family birthday dinner/gathering, baby/bridal showers). In that case, we require an additional cleaning fee.
The City of Bend is cracking down on people renting vacation homes for parties in residential areas—which is where our house is. If there are too many complaints, the City can revoke the owner's vacation rental permit.
The main house of Whiskey Ridge Ranch has been remodeled to offer three distinct suites within the home.
As you may imagine, the High West Suite is upstairs and offers two bedrooms with king-size beds, a bathroom, a full kitchen, an open living/dining space, and a large deck with amazing views of the Cascades.
The Pendleton Suite is located downstairs. It has a large in-suite Main bedroom and bathroom with a large jacuzzi bathtub. The suite also has a large wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, and a back deck with a hot tub. There is an additional bedroom off this area that offers a queen-sized bed.
The Redemption Suite is located in the back section of the house, which was previously a chapel. We have preserved most of the unique structural features of this lovely little sanctuary. This cozy unit offers two bedrooms with king-size beds and a full bathroom. It also has a full kitchen, open dining/living room space with two futon chairs that turn into twin beds, and a private deck with a hot tub.
But our star of Whiskey Ridge is our vintage 30' 1973 Airstream, which we've affectionately named Miss Clementine. Miss Clementine sleeps two comfortably (the dining table can convert into a "not-so-comfy" queen-size bed) and has a full small RV kitchen, AC/Heat, and a private deck with a two-person hot tub.
