Summary: My family stayed at the Regency Isle in Orange Beach during the 1st week of April 2024. We had a 2 bedroom 2 ½ bathroom. Check-in was just a text message from the management office with the door code. No security gate, and no driving 20-minutes to get the guest check-in package. When we arrived, we parked under the Tower and there was plenty of parking large enough for any type of SUV. In short, parking in the shade and be subjected to sunburn when returning to your vehicle. All (3) elevators were working in unison, and there were luggage carts for all the luggage we had. Next when we walked into the condo on the 7th floor, our mouths dropped. We were blown away at the size of the condo and it was fully equipped and clean. Washer and dryer, large kitchen with bar stools, marble counter tops, and updated appliances. The beds and furniture were comfortable enough to accommodate 6 people. The living room and master bedroom both face the ocean. You open the doors and hear crashing waves all day long. During the time we stayed there were no crowds; and the Tower was quiet for 24 hours. The next surprise was the balcony. This balcony must be at least 20-25 feet long, and this is no exaggeration. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets right at your doorstep. Regency Isle exceeded our expectations. This by far is the best beachfront condo we have ever vacationed in. The next time we go it will be for 1- 2-weeks tops. This location is ideal for families who just need to chill.
