5 Bedroom House in Hutto
Our five-bedroom two-story home featuring a pool is perfect for large families. The home also boasts a large kitchen and huge family room with a 70” SMART TV. We are perfectly located in Austin’s metropolitan area of Hutto.
Our spacious home makes for a wonderful weekend getaway or if so inclined stay longer. Our home is easily accessible to 16+ guests. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor . This bedroom offers a King Size Bed and includes an en suite bathroom. The remaining 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor each room is equipped with two beds. The second floor also has a large family room with a 70" inch television. There are all two full bathrooms on the second floor and an additional half-bath on the first floor. We have also included a dedicated workspace for the business travel in the group. Lastly but probably the most interesting part of our home is the in ground pool.
Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.
We can be reached at any time via phone, text or the Airbnb app. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that don’t hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Austin.
The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. Our neighborhood showcases the best of Austin, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the city.
Being that we are located in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.
We ask that all guests exercise caution in and around the pool area. We as owners accept no responsibility for any injury up to and including loss of life. We also will no replace or refund for any personal property loss or damage. All guest and their invitees are booking and visiting our home with this specific understanding that we accept no liability for any injury or property loss of any kind.
We charge an additional guest of $15 a person per night after 5 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.
