3 Bedroom House in Cedar Park
We welcome you to come stay in our spacious Cedar Park home that is perfect for visiting families, business travelers or golfing buddies looking for a place to unwind after a day on the course. Our home features 2 living rooms both with 55” Smart Televisions. We are close to several North Austin Attractions including Lake Travis, Crystal Falls Golf Club, Typhoon Texas Waterpark and Kalahari Resort to name a few. We are close to several top companies such as Dell, IBM, Apple and Tesla.
Our three bedroom home offers two queen size beds and two Full size beds. There are two bathrooms and we are ideally suited to accommodate eight quests. Our home equipped with all necessary essentials for an enjoyable stay. We offer all essential kitchen items and a dining table that seats six for that families looking to enjoy a home cooked meal.
Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.
We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. Our neighborhood showcases the best of Austin, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the city.
Being that we are located in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.
We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.
NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.
We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.
No Shoes in the house.
No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.
No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.

Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!
