Recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2 & ½ bath townhome near South End. Centrally located right off of South Blvd. Close to shops, restaurants & the Light Rail. Minutes from uptown, local attractions, shopping, breweries and the best restaurants. Easy access to all area hospitals making it a great rental for traveling health care workers. 10% discount for weekly stays. 33% discount for extended stays longer than 30 days.
The Space:
This newly remodeled home has new floors and is furnished by West Elm making this space comfortable and relaxing. There is a one car garage and also ample street parking for additional guests.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make you feel like you’re at home. There is a Keurig DUO coffee maker which can brew single serve pods or a full pot of coffee. Coffee, filters and pods are provided.
A washer and dryer is located upstairs for your convenience.
Continue to binge watch while you are away from home. Smart TV’s are in the living room and in both bedrooms to make sure you have access to your streaming services.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom. There is a separate tub and shower in this bathroom. This room also has desk where you can setup a small workstation with a laptop or tablet.

Summary: Comfortable, spacious townhouse. App to connect with WiFi to enter garage. Cool technical set up so one can use their own tv streaming device and will be disconnected at the end of stay without worrying about forgetting to exit the service. Nice coffee pods and drip at home. Only complaint is that they were digging up the sewers directly in front of the unit. We had lots of rain, so the entrance was a muddy mess. Certainly not the owner's fault but was an inconvenience.
