The apartment is a stone's throw from the sea, the beach and the dunes, with completely updated inventory and fully equipped with new furniture.
The apartment has a new bathroom with (shower) shower, bathroom furniture, hanging toilet and washing machine.
The apartment is equipped with a super-luxury new kitchen with oven-combi-microwave, induction hob with extractor, dishwasher, fridge with integrated freezer compartment.
The apartment has a completely new kitchen inventory including a. Coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.

The main bedroom has 2 box spring beds of 200 x 80 each and the smaller bedroom has 2 beds (200 x 80 each).
