lovely family home on a sunny ample lot in sought with gorgeous sweeping ocean, city lights and mountain view. Find a dignified foyer, gourmet kitchen equipped with top appliances. The floor to ceiling picturesque windows on all levels and perfectly finished with custom detailing throughout. The grand spiral staircase leads up to spa-like, peaceful bedrooms that offer tranquility and open up to enormous decks. The lower level offers a indoor pool, home theatre and enormous recreation room.
The space
The main floor is completed by the luxurious large living room, family room, main dining room breakfast room, kitchen and a bedroom with full bath. The kitchen features a large island, adjacent dining table and ample cooking space. The high-ceiling foyer also houses a half bath. The main floor has a huge wooden semi-screened terrace, a large outdoor stone dining table and chairs, and a fireplace. There is also a full laundry room on this floor.
There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor, all distributed on both sides of the spacious corridor. Each bedroom has a beautiful view, and outside the corridor is a large terrace. The three south-facing bedrooms all have views of the sea and mountains in the distance.
The bedding configurations available are 3 double beds and 2 king beds. All bedrooms offer closet space.
The first floor provides the highest entertainment value through the media room, which is equipped with a large sofa and a 100-inch projection screen video system, professional singing equipment and high-end audio for guests to enjoy exclusive entertainment nights.
