4 Bedroom House in Decaturville

Decaturville, TN Waterfront TN river home with 3 lots. This one has it all with 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a storm room in the lower level. Outside shower with hot and cold water. Private balcony is off the master bedroom. House comes fully furnished with unique home decor. Witness breathtaking sunrises and make lifetime memories with family and friends by the fire. Within walking distance to Mermaid Marina and Fisherdale Marina and the TN River Golf Course is right down the road. Make your reservation today before it's too late! There are docks at Mermaid Marina and Fisherdale Marina; both within walking distance. There is a loading/unloading ramp between the two marinas. There is also a dock on our back lot, but it depends on the water level as-to whether a boat can go back there. We have 3 single kayaks, 1 three person canoe and a paddle board for rent. We also have a child size kayak. Each at $20 per stay. Please let us know upon booking if you would like to rent any. Don’t forget to bring your life jackets. Be sure to check out the TWRA website for laws on boating/fishing etc. We also have a basketball court across from the back of the house-access it for $30 during your stay- just let us know you if you want access to it. We ask that no one hang on the goal/fence. As to the depth of the river; it varies. It may be a few ft here and over 50ft or greater in depth over there. The back lagoon is not as deep obviously as the main river channel. I strongly urge personal safety and recommend always wearing life jackets and supervising children. It is highly recommended that you consider purchasing a travel insurance plan when you make a reservation.
