-Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.

-If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation canceled immediately.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any.
NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

- Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
- The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.

- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.

1. Use of Massage Chair:
Owner grants you and other membersof your party a non-exclusive permission to use the following equipment located on the premises at your and other members of your party own risk and expense:
* Massage chair located upstairs on the bedroom.
2. Assumption of Risk:
You acknowledge and understandthat the use of massage chair involves inherent risks of injury, damage, or death. You and all members of your party assume all such risks and agrees to hold the Property Owner, and Air Concierge Inc, harmless from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your, or other members of your party use of the massage chair, regardless of the cause, including but not limited to:
* Defects or malfunctions in the massage chair.
* Improper or negligent use of the massage chair by Tenant or any other person.
* Physical injury or illness sustained while using the massage chair.
3. Maintenance and Repair:
You and all other members of your party are responsible for the routine maintenance and upkeep of the bikes and exercise equipment, including but not limited to:
* Regularly inspecting the massage chair for any damage or defects and immediately notifying Landlord of any such issues.
* Keeping the massage chair clean and in good working order.
* Making minor repairs to the massage chair with Landlord's prior written approval.
4. Insurance:
You shall obtain and maintain, at your own expense, liability insurance in an amount sufficient to cover any potential claims arising out of your (or other members of your party) use of the massage chair. You shall provide to the Manager a certificate of insurance evidencing such coverage upon request.
