3 Bedroom Condo in Orange Beach

New splash pad, snack bar, adult pool. Penthouse unit 31'st floor with 12' ceilings, this unit sleeps 12 and has phenomenal ocean and beach views. Professionally decorated in coastal tones, this unit leads one directly to the balcony from the living area. The Foster OBA Phoenix Rentals has a complete kitchen, with all amenities. Three bedrooms each with a complete full attached bath is available for privacy and convenience. The living room has one queen sleeper sofa and a full bathroom directly behind the kitchen-very easy access from the living room. The wet bar includes a new wine beverage refrigerator for guest convenience. The master bedroom has a king bed directly behind the ocean front dining area. The other two bedrooms each have two queen beds with a full bath attached. The building is very family oriented with a water slide, splash pad, Lazy River plus the beach!
