Your holiday starts here.... welcome to our home, a stylishly renovated townhouse with 3 bedrooms and plenty of parking space. It is the perfect home away from home for families, groups or even a few couples. Its close location to Pakington Street, which has plenty of shops and cafes, makes our home the perfect place for short and long stays.
Our townhouse offers space and size that is often sought after but rarely found. The generously sized master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe is located downstairs, and an additional two bedrooms are located upstairs, with double beds and built-in robes for all your luggage. And a bonus: all rooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort during those summer days. A main bathroom is located upstairs, complete with a full-size bath.
The light-filled, open-plan kitchen is perfect for those holiday cook-ups, with a 900mm gas cooktop and electric oven, full-size fridge, microwave, and even a dishwasher to help with the cleanup—large benchtops with stools for your friends and family to join you in the kitchen.
The dining area and large lounge lead onto your own private outdoor north-facing deck with a BBQ for you to use. Open the glass doors and enjoy the long summer dinners and nights.
Other features include Tasmanian oak polished floorboards, a large laundry area, and a double lock-up garage with remote access, which also has direct internal access. Enjoy year-round comfort with ducted heating, ceiling fans, and a split-system air conditioner. There is ample parking space - with provision for 3-4 cars (2 in the double garage and 2 on the driveway).
A perfect place to holiday with plenty of space and with the convenience of being just a few minutes from the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, and golf course.
Lastly, all bookings will require a check-in form completed before arrival. We have partnered with KNOW YOUR GUEST - Superhog for guest validation. The form will require photo ID verification of the primary guest and will also be required to choose between a waiver or a security deposit. The security deposit option will incur a non-refundable administration fee. The security deposit will be refunded after check-out

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet community, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise, no parties & no pets. Quiet Hours are between: 10PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking/vaping inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking/vaping takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
