Our Home is located on Long Island (don't worry, accessible by car) in Lake Winnipesaukee. Enjoy our direct westward view for beautiful sunlight during the day, amazing sunsets at night, and expansive views across the Broads to the Belknap Mountains, Gunstock ski area to the South and White Mt. National Forest views to the north. The property has over an acre of land with one hundred and forty feet of westerly facing shore front, a large breakwater and permanent dock. The location on Long Island is in the center of the lake with easy boat access to multiple towns and islands. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or dinner from the deck, screened in porch or sun room. Watch the magnificent sunset reflect on the lake as it slowly disappears behind the mountains. Swimming, boating, tubing, water skiing, wake boarding, scuba diving, sailing and fishing are just a few of the activities available in the Lakes Region. TV, board games, and Wi-Fi are available. Children enjoy swimming in the calmness provided by the large breakwater dock. New addition as of 2019, 2 kayaks to explore the lake. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, loft, dining area, and kitchen. The living room, kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths are on the main level. The upstairs has a loft and 2 more bedrooms with one bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with high quality and extremely comfortable memory foam mattresses. The large master bedroom suite, with king bed, is located on the first floor with expansive views of the lake, its own slider to a deck and a 50" Roku TV. The master bathroom is newly renovated and has a double vanity, shower and soaking tub. There is a second bedroom, with queen bed, also located on the first floor with a newly renovated full bath across the hall. The third and fourth bedrooms are located upstairs on opposite sides of the house, which provides privacy. One bedroom has a single queen bed and the other has two queen beds. There is also a newly renovated full bathroom on the second floor and a sleeper sofa in the loft area. There is a slider off of the dining area leading to an open deck overlooking the lake. The main level kitchen features more lake views, granite counter tops, brand new dishwasher and white cabinets. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, glasses and containers. The living room and sun room with the field stone fireplace and wall-to-wall waterfront windows is a great place for the family to get together and enjoy the western exposure with a panoramic 270-degree waterfront view of open Lake Winnipesaukee. The brand-new deck overlooking the lakefront is a great place to lounge and see what is happening on the water. The screened-in porch provides a space with more beautiful views, but shaded and screens for those wanting a relief from the sun. The loft upstairs has a 55” Roku TV with sleeper sofa and four comfortable lounging chairs. It is a great space to play games, do a puzzle or watch TV. The home's wifi network is a high quality mesh network (Luma) with three router locations for broad uninterrupted wireless coverage. Sleeps 12 maximum with 5 beds and one pull-out couch (sleeper sofa) in the loft area. In early 2017 property had all bathrooms completely renovated (see pictures), brand new carpet in all 4 bedrooms and loft, new hardwood floors in main living area, new bedroom furniture in all rooms, new high quality and extremely comfortable memory foam mattresses (1 king, 4 queen), new sleeper sofa, 2 new sofas in the living room, new dining table and coffee table, and 8-piece Pottery Barn Chatham indoor/outdoor wood furniture with Sunbrella cushions in the sun room. All bedrooms and loft are painted bright white. The home also had air conditioning and heating installed in early 2017. Each room has their own unit for ultimate comfort.
