The main level has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half bath. Also on this level is a fully stocked kitchen, large living and dining room. The upper level has one bedroom, one full bath, and extra sleeping in the loft area. The lower level had two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, game room, and a sofa sleeper for extra sleeping. This lodge is located in Townsend, Tennessee! Only 5 minutes to Smoky Mountain National Park and 25 minutes to Pigeon Forge. Wellspring Retreat is walking distance from the river where you can swim, tube, and fish. You can also walk across the foot bridge to get to restaurants and shopping. This lodge is in the most quiet and peaceful setting, secluded and surround by the beautiful nature that the Smoky Mountains have to offer. The owner of the lodge does live on the property, wave as you pass by, and make sure to look for the signs that point you in the right direction. The owner wants NO dogs or animals on the property, so make sure to be respectful of their wishes. Pack up the family, invite the cousins, and come on down to Townsend for a getaway! Rates & Fees: *Nightly - $350-$550 (+tax) *Cleaning Fee- $280 (+tax\non-refund) *Damage Fee - $100 (+tax\non-refund) *Guest Fee - $25 (+tax\non-refund) *Taxes - 14.75% Check-In: *4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin Check-Out: *10am - There is NO check out “to do list” for your departure, you are on vacation & you should enjoy it to the last minute without having to do any “chores”. Fireplaces: *On During: October 1st - February 28th *Off During: March 1st - September 30th Cancellation Policy: *$50 fee + VRBO service fee *Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50 & VRBO service fee) *Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, is the amount that we will refund back (-$50).
