Summary: Me and my siblings come down once a year to visit my aging father and stepmother and needed a house close to them. This is a very nice house with plenty of room for all of us. The communication with Shane was excellent, when I contacted him thinking we may need to move up our days due to my father's health he had no problem working with us to make changes if needed. The house itself is an older well maintained home that worked out great. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.
