The kitchen is fully stocked, the LR has a 60” TV and there are TVs in the bedrooms. The condo has a balcony with a dining table overlooking tropical green space. On-site amenities include, private beach access across the street, two swimming pools, two fitness centers, sauna,, tennis courts, shuffleboard, walking trails, barbecue grills and a trash chute on each floor. The condo is conveniently located 5 miles from Flagler Avenue where you can enjoy the views, restaurants, bars, live music and shopping. Publix Supermarket is also very close.
The kitchen is fully equipped for family dinners or wine on the balcony. Linens are provided. There are board games for your enjoyment after a day on the beautiful beach.
There is a nice elevated walking trail that winds through the green space.
