The spacious living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen smart TV to watch the big games or enjoy your movie nights. The well-equipped modern kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and microwave, lots of cabinets, separate pantry, and a breakfast bar with bar stools. Do you need to wake up to a fresh cup of coffee to start your vacation day? Not a problem! This home offers a coffee bar equipped with both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker for you to make your perfect blend; along with an electric kettle, if you prefer a nice cup of tea! You’ll have plenty of choices on where to dine in this home, the formal dining room is perfect for family meals, have a more casual lunch in the dining nook table for 4, or enjoy your morning breakfast with water views on additional patio table with chairs. .
The primary suite offers a king bed, flat screen smart TV and sliders to the lanai area. The en-suite primary bath features dual sinks, walk-in shower, and a bathtub. This home has the convenience of Comcast TV in the living room and master bedroom, along with Wi-Fi. The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided.
