This villa on Memory Lake, built in 2017, leaves nothing to be desired for a dream vacation by the water. The house has 3 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. From the bathroom adjoining the junior suite you have direct access to the pool area. Through the high sliding glass doors on the entire back of the house you have a magnificent view of Memory Lake. The covered terraces of the pool area can also be reached directly from the master bedroom and the junior suite. The modern kitchen is well equipped, in the utility room between the garage and kitchen you will find a washing machine and dryer for your use. The large living room and the dining room impress with the beautiful, modern furnishings and again the view through the very high sliding glass doors onto the pool area and the Memory Lake. The living room and all bedrooms have TV. The office offers a retreat for those who also have to deal with business matters from their vacation home. The house has internet connection, TV and telephone. The summer kitchen has a gas grill with extractor hood, a refrigerator and a sink. The pool area is provided with a panoramic screen. The large pool with jacuzzi and sundeck invites to extensive bathing pleasure. You can then relax on the comfortable sun loungers on the spacious terrace. This offers a lot of private atmosphere due to the beautiful tropical planting. You will be delighted by the quiet, central location of Villa Memory Lake. In a short distance you will find many restaurants and shops for everyday needs. All BMI holiday homes are fully equipped with bed linen and towels. We look forward to welcoming you to Villa Memory Lake.

We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dish washing liquid and some dish washing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.
