Our Bald Head Island cottage sits on the 11th Fairway. The reverse floor plan allows for breathtaking views of the golf course. '4 Unwynding' was custom built and professionally decorated. The second floor features a great room that opens to a screened porch and sun deck. Second floor also has large private bonus room with a powder room. The first floor features 3 bedrooms, (2 Queens, 2 Twins)each with a private bath. Also on the first floor, a full laundry, open foyer, front and rear porches. The private Guest Cottage (crofter) bedroom/bathroom (Queen)sits above the golf cart garage and also has a private deck. The setting is very private and quiet but just a 2 minute golf cart ride to the ocean or shopping.
4 TVs (including a flat screens in the Great Room, MBR and guest BR). DVD & CD player with surround sound on second floor.
