In living room 2 there is a huge sectional, card table and video table game. Tastefully done in knotty pine and cozy "Up North" decor with plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable! Separate Game room with poker table, TV/DVD with ROKU, and refrigerator! TV/DVD (many new) in every room for the kids and adults alike! Brand new 50" 4k TV in living room with premium cable and hi speed internet! Every room has been tastefully redone with new bedding and furniture! The details: you see the pics of THE BEACH! You'll think you're at the ocean enjoying the sun with the sand in your toes while the kids make sandcastles and swim in the warm, shallow sandy bottom water. Later in the day, the stress will melt away as you watch the sunset from one of the Adirondack chairs while the kids roast marshmallows in the fire pit! What are you waiting for? this property has it all! Speaking of it, did we mention that this is the largest inland lake in Michigan? If you enjoy fishing you're at the right spot! Walleye, Perch, Crappie, Pike, Bluegill, Rock Bass, Smallmouth Bass and Largemouth. If you're into boating, we have a boat you can rent for an additional fee. Or there are boat rentals nearby and the public boat launch is less than 1 mile away! We have a mooring anchor to keep your vessel secure. Everything you could need is provided in this updated lakefront home! This area of the lake is pristine and very relaxing. The street is almost private with very little traffic allowing you to ride bikes and walk without many cars around. Plenty of parking for everyone. The neighbors are awesome and the distance between lots is very adequate. All sports lake; fishing and snowmobiling on lake. GREAT VIEW of the lake with 85 foot of frontage overlooking the east bay. True lakefront!!! Open Year round. Walk out about 400' on 2 1/2 ft deep of sandy bottom water. Very warm clean and clear water. Cement gently sloping seawall, 70’ dock with ladder to water for swimming. *Plus we have plenty of parking room for multiple cars and trailers if you bring your own boat or wave runners!!
In the Water: We have 2 jet ski/wave runner lifts for your use if you want to bring your own. We also have a pontoon boat you can rent from us for $1000 a week. You MUST have boating experience to rent. There is a mooring ball you can use if you bring your own boat. If you would like to use the mooring ball, jet ski lifts or boat, please let us know, there is a contract/waiver you will need to sign before using them.
Go-carts/video arcades/'fun center' with roller coaster/ferris wheel etc. rides, putt-putt golfing, movie theaters, and ice cream nearby. Fun knick knack shops for several miles on m-55. Lots of Native American arts and crafts shops. One and half hours to Mackinaw Bridge and shopping - visit historic Fort Michilimackinac! Gaylord (golf Mecca) 1hour away, Silver Lake sand dunes 1 1/2 hours away, Sleeping Bear sand dunes 1 1/2 hours away, Traverse City (blue angels fly show, cherry festival, wine tasting, shops, and fun!) 1 1/2 hours away, Race car track- 20 to 30 races per night- very exciting!! 18 miles away (Merritt speedway), Boyne Mt. ski lodge 1 hour away, Mt. Pleasant and Soaring Eagle Casino, Central Michigan Football ' Fire Up Chips' 1 hour away. Great power sledding in winter 30 mins away (don't have to walk up hills- get pulled up).
