This cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom historic duplex is conveniently located in Columbia across the street just four blocks from bustling Rosewood. Enjoy an unlimited amount of dining options, coffee shops, and entertainment all within walking distance.
Free parking for two vehicles is provided. The duplex is non-smoking and is within a non-smoking building. There are smoking areas outside of the front and back doors of the historic duplex. No pets, please. There will be a fine for smoking or pets inside the home.
The duplex entrance uses a digital keypad that is individually programmed with your personal code for your security and privacy.
The historic duplex contains a 2 queen beds, ceiling fans, ample windows, TV with streaming content (Roku featuring, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Pluto and more), high speed WiFi, full kitchen, central heat and air conditioning, sink, fridge, cabinet, large fridge, salt, pepper, nonstick oil, Keurig coffee maker, k cup pods, microwave, dishes, cooking and eating utensils, large bathroom with detachable shower/tub, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, iron/ironing board, and hair dryer all to make this space feel like home. The duplex has everything you need for a long or short-term stay.
We feel that how we clean our duplex is one of the things that helps set us apart. Each room is disinfected with antiviral/antibacterial cleaner and sanitized before each new guest. Linens are also washed after each stay to ensure that your room will be as fresh as possible. All mattresses and pillows are fitted with anti-allergen covers along with an air filter change to protect against airborne allergens.
Many of our guests arrive from the airport via Uber as this is a walkable location.
