Welcome to "Sunset Point"! This stunning five bedroom, four and half bathroom home is located on the Apalachicola Bay with a private dock. The first floor of the home includes the first living area with comfortable seating and a large TV. The dining room features a large wooden table with eight seats. The kitchen is well stocked, has stainless appliances and breakfast bar that seats an additional eight people. Directly off of the dining room is a screened in outdoor dining area that seats six. The dining area, living area and kitchen all boasts stunning views of the Apalachicola Bay. A master suite is also located on this floor with a King bedroom and en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. A half bathroom is on this floor as well. A large covered deck runs across the home with stairs leading down to the immaculate yard and private dock. Going up to the second floor you are greeted by a second living area with comfortable seating. Two bedrooms on the east side of the home are King suites both with en-suite bathrooms with standard shower/tub combos. On the west side of the home are two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. One bedroom features a queen bed and the second bedroom features built in bunk beds (4 single beds). The shared bathroom features a standard shower/tub combo. The exterior of the home features under house and driveway parking, park style grill, picnic table, swing and a private dock that completely goes across the Bay front edge of the property.
