Welcome to Sunset Beach at Lewis Point on Oneida Lake! This rental includes one of the nicest private beaches on all of Oneida Lake! Come see for yourself. Perfect panorama sunsets! Pristine sand! Amazing wildlife! All in your front yard. There are very few rentals on Oneida Lake that have a better location than Lewis Point! All the benefits of Sylvan Beach without the crowds! And, still within 10 minutes of Turning Stone Casino, Sylvan Beach, the Boxing Hall of Fame and the Town of Canastota (close to a grocery store and Rite Aid). Sunset Beach was newly constructed approximately 10 years ago and has all the amenities. Behind the house is wooded/private. A three bedroom lakefront home with an eat-in kitchen and living room. The sandy beach connects to one of the shallowest (and warmest) pure sand bottom coves on all of Oneida Lake! No rocks! No shoes required! Beautiful/safe area for swimming for children of all ages. Approximately 40 feet of lake front. Huge driveway with plenty of parking. The sun sets over the water and can be seen from the outside or inside of the house from the oversized windows. Large beach area for campfires at night. Sorry - NO Pets allowed. This is for the benefit of all our future and repeat guests. Inquire about Weekly Rental of jetski lift and mooring/bouy that can be used with your own supplied jetski. Non-Smoking home please, again for the benefit of all guests. Updated in 2015 with new construction, paint, appliances, etc.
