With natural privacy provided by the surrounding greenery, the backyard will be your own oasis boasting a pool perfect for floating the day away, a spa to soak in as the stars come out, and an outdoor shower. With lounge chairs outside and outdoor dining for eight, it's a perfect setting for dining at sunset or enjoying a barbecue using the built-in natural gas grill with family and friends. Later in the evening, take in the spectacular views of the San Jacinto mountains as you gather around the wood-burning fire pit.
Step inside, and the expansive, open style of this modern living area will charm each guest. Pass the time playing games, reading, watching TV, enjoying the property-wide WiFi, or riding the cruiser bikes outside--this house has lots of amenities. The fully equipped kitchen is completely upgraded with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to entertain family and friends. GUEST ACCESS:
The neighborhood is beautiful and very walkable. There is plenty of parking on the driveway and in front of the house or in the garage if you prefer.
POOL HEATING:
Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $75/night and is generally recommended from October through April. Hot tub heating is included in the base rate.
Please note:
* You must be 25 years of age to rent this home.
* Vacation Property Rental Agreement must be completed and signed prior to occupancy. The city of Palm Springs also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID.
* TAXES: Taxes are not included in the nightly pricing. The City of Palm Springs requires 12.5% tax which will be collected by Vrbo.
* For rentals of 28 days or longer there is no City of Palm Springs tax, but the renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bills from check-in to check-out, based on meter reads. A utility deposit, which is in addition to the security deposit, will be taken to guarantee payment of the utility charges.
* Check-in time is 4pm, and check-out time is 10am. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available. Please ask us if interested.
* Palm Springs noise ordinances are STRICTLY ENFORCED. The law states that amplified music is not allowed outside, and music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day, including music coming from inside the home. If violated you as the renter will be subject to and responsible for a fine and possible eviction.
* All licensed vacation rentals in Palm Springs follow vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, no outdoor music permitted, ensuring renters are over the age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter. This adds an extra step to the quick booking process, and we believe you will find our beautiful Palm Springs property is well worth it!
