This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhouse is perfect to enjoy a walk or very short drive into Town, about 1.8 miles. Cook your favorite meals in the full kitchen or on the BBQ grill on the back deck. Walk to your tee time or enjoy the views over the golf course and the mountains surrounding the area. The 18-hole golf course and encompassing area are great places for wildlife viewing, so keep an eye out for elk, deer, and various birds year-round.
Upon entering, you will be greeted by the main living area. This great space is an open concept layout that offers views to the golf course and tons of natural sunlight. The living area is highlighted by the stacked stone gas fireplace, leather love seat, and leather sleeper sofa. There is a smart TV on the fireplace mantel for your entertainment. Next to the living area is the dining space with a gorgeous wood table that comfortably seats 6 guests and a great view of the golf course. The kitchen has beautiful wood cabinets and all stainless-steel appliances, including a gas range. The kitchen is well-equipped to make great meals or a light snack.
