Welcome to Sea Glass. Located in the 300 Ocean Mile community on the East End, just steps away from the beach and the state park. Multiple upgrades made in 2024 - including new electric stove, dishwasher, under sink water filter, living room and dining room furniture. New interior doors and rooms have been freshly painted. Fully equipped kitchen with a stackable washer and dryer located inside the unit. Luxury king-sized bed in the bedroom and brand-new (2024) queen-sized pullout sofa bed in the living room. One bathroom and an outdoor shower at the unit entrance. Beautifully landscaped beachside community with two pools. Park-style charcoal grills available in the pool area. Sand chairs and umbrellas available for guest use. Pet friendly with no extra pet fees (2 dogs max, no size limit.)

Summary: I was very impressed with the response of the host, the place was clean and perfect for the dog and myself. Neighbors were very friendly and quiet. Stayed 2 months in Feb and March. I absolutely would recommend this place.
