Welcome to The Peachtree Condo!!
The Peachtree Condo is located in the Timberline Units, right on the free mountain shuttle route. The shuttle stops at the base of the driveway every 20 minutes during the Summer and ski season. Competent skiers may also "ski in/ski out" with a short walk when snowpack allows, and the legendary Nordic and Fat Biking trails of Crested Butte and beyond are literally just down the street!
This is a cute condo that has been remodeled with high-end furnishings. There is one bedroom with a new and comfy King-size bed, and a fully remodeled bath. The living area has a Queen pull-out couch with wood slats to ensure comfortable sleep (even for grown adults!)
The living area has two sliding glass doors that lead to small decks. One has a great view overlooking Crested Butte. In the summer, open both and you have a great cross-draft of fresh air, in the colder months you can cozy up to your loved ones by the wood burning fireplace.
This unit is right at the base of Mt. Crested Butte, it is an ideal location for adventure seekers- it's top-of-the-world views come at a small price, you must climb 2 flights of stairs to access the unit from the parking lot, though most guests and residents don't mind as the fresh mountain air and wide open skies provide a great distraction.
There is wireless internet, television, and a small dining area and bar seating. This condo is remodeled, well-laid out, and has high-end furnishings. It is a great little spot for a couple or small family, and one of the most affordable opportunities to enjoy all Crested Butte has to offer, from extreme adventure to blissful relaxation.
There is also a dedicated ski locker in the hallway for private use.
We are always happy and willing to assist with ski and bike rentals and to share our local knowledge.
Please note that this property is in a complex , guests are required to climb 2 flights of stairs to access from the parking lot, this may be difficult for some guests. Please be aware, and let us know if we can provide any more details regarding parking and access.

** Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with the management company details of which will be provided on reservation.
*Please note we provide a starter pack of firewood. If you would like additional firewood, deliveries can be arranged for a fee or bundles of wood are available for purchase at True Value or Clark's Market in town.
*While we try to keep our calendars updated, it is possible that new reservations have not yet been added to the VRBO calendar. Please click the "Contact Manager" button to inquire with the office for the most accurate availability.
*Wifi service is provided through the building HOA. It is great for basic emails and surfing; however, it may slow depending on the number of users logged in or with heavy streaming activity.
*One complimentary parking pass is provided. Please note that the parking lot is first come, first serve and the parking pass does not guarantee a parking spot.
*A local resort fee is built into the tax rate. The cleaning fee is additional VRBO guest service fees are additional.
*A security deposit is required in the form of either a damage insurance policy or a $1,500.00 refundable deposit.
***** Early check ins and or late check out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorization from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am without preauthorization will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine.
****Crested Butte is a resort town, please note that when the Crested Butte Mountain Resort shuts down for the Spring shoulder Season, and again in the Fall, many of the shops, restaurants, and local businesses close down or operate under limited schedules. Refunds will not be granted to guests due to closure of any businesses in Crested Butte for any reason, as these events are out of our control. Please see Vail's website for opening and closing dates for the mountain resort, as these dates change year to year: https://www.skicb.com.
****Cancellations: Please familiarize yourself with our posted cancellation policy. Please note that due to Crested Butte’s limited rental seasons, no exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under any circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing some form of travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel or alter your booking outside of the posted cancellation policy window.
**** The US Postal service does not deliver to households in Crested Butte, should you require items shipped to your property during your stay, we recommend using UPS or FedEx, and insuring these items. Watchdog is not responsible in any way for any items you choose to have shipped to any of our properties, and will not forward or store any shipped items that may arrive early or late, this is your responsibility, thank you for your understanding. If you have shipping needs for legitimate medical reasons, please contact the Watchdog Office for assistance.

Crested Butte area and it was so cool. Everything you could want or need was in a very bohemian little ski town and the most amazing hikes were all around. The altitude was certainly something to get acclimated with, but well worth it for the landscape and nice vibes."
