1 Bedroom Villa in Mameyes II, Río Grande

Our villa is located in an exclusive beachfront retreat of privately-owned villas, housed in a small 5 story building, within the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach Resort and Spa Complex. Beautiful and remodeled, our villa offers amazing views and is only 40 feet away from the beach, only separated by the beachfront infinity pool. Fully air-conditioned, has wi-fi, and cable tv in the living room and in the bedroom. It features a fully-equipped kitchen with all major appliances, a furnished balcony for you to enjoy the amazing views and the soothing sounds of the ocean waves, 1 bedroom (with a king-size bed), a beautifully remodeled full bathroom, a separate living area (with sofa bed), and a dinning area. Private 4 beachfront pools (including an adult-only beachfront infinity pool, another family beachfront infinity pool, and a kids pool), hot tub, beautifully kept gardens, lounge chairs at the pool and beach area.
There is no other property within the resort that is right in front of the beach and right next to the hotel's main building. It has access to:

Summary: Very nice beachfront spot. After getting there at night, waking up in the morning to the beach/pool/palm trees view was amazing. The villa had everything we needed, a few steps from pool and beach. It is within the Rio Mar property, a very nice and well maintained resort. It felt extremely safe and very very quiet, which is what we were looking for. The AC units worked fantastic(very important in PR) as well as all other appliances, however the toilet was extremely loud when flushed to the point that it woke up whoever was sleeping in the middle of the night when flushed. I would highly suggest trying to fix this issue. I did need to check in a little earlier than expected, before the check in time, and messaged the host but never received a reply. That was a little unsettling. I ended up waiting till later in the day to check in. Once the reservation was made, the host's response time was very slow for these type of reservations. I travel a lot and this very unusual, although they were very nice. I highly recommend this spot, it was the best decision we made to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary!
