This newly constructed home that sleeps up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. With this open concept layout you can flow freely from living room to dining room to the kitchen. Step outside and have direct access to a private fenced in yard with towering trees and access to stairs down to the private community beach of Lake Michigan. We look forward to hosting you!
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee if the reservation is cancelled after 24 hours of booking.

*The city of Casco Township allows only 4 cars to be parked on the property. If there are more than 4 cars in your party, please park off site carpool/shuttle in to avoid any fines from the city. The home has two spaces in the garage available for parking as well.
*Please inform us upon booking if you are bringing a pet with you
Up to two dogs are more than welcome on the premises, we ask that the dog be under your control at all times so as to not run into the surrounding private properties.
There is a $145 dog guest fee (emotional support or service dog included)
Feline friends are prohibited
*There will be a sampling of coffee and tea for you to enjoy during your stay.
*Please review our cancellation policy from our rental agreement below as our cancellation policy varies ever so slightly from those on some booking platforms. Our rental agreement is included prior to completing your reservation and will supersede the cancellation policies listed on some booking sites.
Cancellation Policy: We hope you never will need to cancel your time away, but in the event that you do, guests are advised that within 48 hours of making the reservation you will be able to cancel with no charge. Any cancellation prior to 30 days before check in will result in a $149 processing fee. Cancellations between 7-30 days will result in a 50% forfeiture of total reservation plus a $149 processing fee. Cancellation within 7 days prior to check in will result in a 100% forfeiture of the total reservation. We recommend securing your trip with a travel insurance company should you need to cancel your reservation outside of the allotted window.

Pacific Avenue is situated on a quiet street and is a wonderfully peaceful retreat while still being only a 10 minute drive into town. Take a step back in time with this towns picturesque views from the downtown strip looking into the harbor where you'll see boats pull in and out from Lake Michigan. This "old timey" town is packed with cute shops and restaurants. From the classic fudge/ice cream parlors of western Michigan to wonderful sushi restaurants your palate is certain to be satiated with whatever you may desire. Forgot your sweater for those breezy nights? Pick up some apparel from one of the many shops on the strip.
Head outdoors and be instantly filled with the woodsy paradise that surrounds the area. Take a bike ride or stroll down the famous Kal-Haven Trail. Connecting Kalamazoo and South Haven, this 35 mile trail is said to be one of the best in Michigan. With its smooth terrain and gorgeous views it earns this title very easily. Looking for a little adrenaline rush? Rent an ATV and take to the trails in a more invigorating way or take to the water with a memorable sunset sailing experience.
