*Covid-19 Update: Margaritaville is now opened up forv ummer rentals now that we have clear guidelines on how to do it safely. I have updated cleaning procedures per CDC and VRBO guidelines with my conscientious housekeepers for their safety and for renters. All commonly touched surfaces will be cleaned with disinfectant including doors, closet pulls, drawer and cabinet pulls, all faucets, toilet flushes, and railings. Of course, all surfaces will be cleaned. I will leave household cleaner and paper towels for you to usevforcextra security. I recommend you bring your own. Plenty of hand soap will be provided for guests to wash their hands regularly per CDC guidelines. The House cleaning rate is raised to $250 to account for extra time investined in sanitizing the home.* Margaritaville is a beautiful, fun, fantasy. It is perfectly located 5 blocks to the beach and Center Street restaurants and shops. Margaritaville is a unique and special property. I fell in love with it and bought it the second I saw it. It has 4.5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with an outdoor shower for added convenience. House is meant to sleep 11 in bedrooms including trundle beds, but can accommodate up to 2 more when you include day bed in 2nd living room and spare mattress that can be easily moved to any room. I've never seen another house with 4-sided wrap around porches on two levels. The house is set in a quiet family friendly street in a nature setting, very rare on Folly. Having a private pool adds a whole new dimension to your vacation. This one comes with resort style furniture, a grill and a grilling/dining Pergola. The HUGE, fully furnished screened porch and furnished 2nd level porch with hammock overlook the pool area, palmetto trees and nature setting. The pool is an amazing bonus. Plush cabana for two and other poolside loungers are perfect for enjoying the experience. Hot and cold outdoor shower in garage. The walk to the beach and Center Street is so pleasant down a pretty street. There is a direct short cut path to the beach from W. Hudson Ave at W. 3rd Street. Or, you can continue straight three more blocks to Center Street shops and restaurants. Tow your gear in the beach wagons provided. I provide beach chairs, and beach towels (with agreement to wash and fold for next guests). You can also rent a golf cart to zip around the island. The island has several nice stretches of beach to explore. The closest beach access to Margaritaville has a nice bathroom facility and outdoor showers, as well as lifeguards in summer.
