LEMONADE is a brilliantly located townhouse opposite the River, that encounters fantastic river views. With the Goolwa Golf course, Goolwa Beach, Goolwa Reggata Yacht club and Bombora all within walking distance, this definitely is a fantastic property.
Please note: a $500 bond applies to all bookings.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we have stayed in Lemonade. We are a family of 5, 3 kids 11, 8 and 5yr olds. The house is perfect set up with 3 generous bedrooms, kitchen perfect little size, x2 spacious bathrooms and 2 toilets. The view from the balcony is perfect, mum and dad can relax from balcony and kids can safely take themselves across the road to the awesome nature play ground. The kitchen is well stocked with a big supply of every kitchen/ cooking item you’d need. Garage is huge, easy entry off back street with electric roller door. Our only small recommendation would be ideally this holiday house could do with a bigger tv, it’s pretty tiny for a lounge room tv. A dryer would be super handy too. All in all we will continue to re-book this house on an annual basis. Location is perfect 😊
