Our one bedroom, one bathroom is located on the highly desirable north end of the island within a gated complex on the beach. Easy to drive on and off the island. Our condo is located on the seventh floor at the beautiful beachfront Gateway Villas. It offers a low density oceanfront experience, swimming pool, barbeques and shuffleboard. Many of the condo's furnishings and appliances have been recently updated. Unit features a beautiful screened in lanai to enjoy a fantastic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Sleeps up to 4 guests maximum with a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a glass divider. Unit also offers its own stackable washer and dryer, a rare find. A full kitchen with a dishwasher and refrigerator, microwave oven make cooking a pleasure and clean up a breeze. Don't feel like cooking? You are an easy 5 min walk to Times Square with immense dining options you are sure to be delighted!
