Please note there is a 1-week minimum stay. In addition to its convenient location, there is lush tropical foliage all around you. There is tile flooring everywhere except for laminate wood flooring in the spacious master bedroom. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of granite countertops and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals, should that be on your list. There is a refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, glasstop 5-burner range and self-cleaning oven, built-in above range microwave, and dishwasher. There is a stainless steel sink with disposal, and a pass-through from the kitchen toward the living area with 4 high boy upholstered bar stools. This resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of a myriad of amenities that include a public marina and movie theatre. The beach is accessed by a 5-minute walk to the Wyndham Resort just across Estero Boulevard where, by the way, there is a Pincher's Crab Shack restaurant. A CVS pharmacy and Santini Marina Plaza are at the top of your street at Estero Boulevard, with many shops and restaurants. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to 7 miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available from directly in front of Santini Plaza to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. Amenities at Estero Island Yacht & Racquet Club include a canal-front heated pool and cabana complex, fishing pier, BBQ grilles, and laundry facility. The Fish Tale Marina is located within walking distance and offers boat rentals and dockage. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. The condo has one assigned parking space just steps from its entry door, and ample guest parking as well. Entry is into a foyer/hallway. Decor is beachy/nautical. Clean and inviting. A glance to the right looks through the living/dining and kitchen areas, and then out through sliding glass doors to the screened in furnished balcony and the view of the canal and marina beyond. Immediately on entry, a quick turn to the right leads to the dining area that is nicely furnished with an oval dining table with four cushioned chairs. There are two windows in the dining room overlooking the lush tropical landscaping and marina. Opposite the dining area is the well-appointed kitchen as described above. Leaving the kitchen and turning to the left is the living area which is nicely furnished with a queen-size sleeper/sofa with end table and lamp, area rug with two ottomans with storage and tray tops. On the wall opposite the sofa is a large wall-mounted flat screen TV, under which is a console table, with one Eames type recliner on each side, as well as floor lamp. There are expansive sliding glass doors out to the screened in and well-furnished lanai with tile flooring, where you will find a bar with 4 high boy stools, wicker love seat with cushion, as well as wicker rocking chair with cushion. From the balcony there is an awesome view of the canal and marina. The screen door on the lanai allows exit toward the dock area, and just steps away is a pavered outdoor patio with umbrella table and four chairs, as well as chaise lounges. Back into the living room and past the dining and kitchen areas, off the hallway is a guest bath on the right with combination tub/shower, commode, and vanity with lavatory. Back into the hallway and to the right is the master bedroom with laminate flooring as mentioned above. This is nicely furnished with a king-size bed, night stand and lamp. There is nice art work on the walls, again in the beachy/nautical motif. There is also a double dresser with flat screen TV, and ample closet space behind a louvered door. The window in the bedroom overlooks the front of the resort. There is also a 5-drawer chest of doors with lamp. The en suite bathroom has more closet space behind a louvered door. In the dressing area there is a vanity with lavatory. Through a pocket door is the commode and walk-in shower. The island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few. Your stay in this tropical paradise will definitely provide the potential for an unforgettable getaway!
