Mi Casa Su Casa. We hope you will agree everything Casa Perico has to offer will be your perfect get-a-way. Beautifully appointed with custom designed furniture and amenities that will fill what ever time your not relaxing. Well located in the new Harbour Isle development, on the Anna Maria Sound. The Harbour Isle development is close to shops, restaurants, the beach, pool and more. Covered parking space and additional off street parking will accommodate multiple cars and visitors. The spacious, new, well lit, elevator will help get all your goodies to The Casa. The development is surrounded by protected Florida mangroves. Neal Preserve is right next us with great, walking, photo ops and wildlife. Our 2 bedroom is set up to sleep 6 comfortably. A large open kitchen combined with the living area is great for a couple, a boys/girls get-away or the entire family. Huge glass doors open to your private lanai overlooking gorgeous landscape and the morning sun. We love it for our family and we think you will too.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Casa Perico! The condo is very spacious and an ideal setup for a small family. The pool area, splash pad and playground are well maintained. Though we had a few glitches with getting into the unit, the owners were very responsive and worked with us to resolve the issues. We look forward to coming back next spring!
