Our Round Top, TX country guesthouse is a peaceful, pet-friendly, tranquil haven, nestled amongst wild oaks and gorgeous Texas farmland. Located on a quiet, secluded country road, 4 miles from Round Top, Texas town square. This 1820’s fully restored farmhouse sits on 13 peaceful, rolling acres of meadow. Beautiful yard with large firepit and chiminea with view of 1.5 acre pond and stunning views of the Texas countryside, only minutes from Round Top, Warrenton, Winedale, and Festival Hill, an hour-and-a-half from Houston, and an-hour-and-a-half from Austin. Peaceful country ambiance close to many historical attractions, festivals and events. Come to shop during our famous Antique Weeks during fall and spring. We are right in the middle of all the venues. Come for concerts at Festival Hill Institute or Shakespeare at Winedale. Or simply come to relax in nature. Each fall and spring you can enjoy the beautiful monarchs as they migrate right through The Bootstrap.
