Views of tennis courts with a beautiful view over a lush green conservation area from the exterior screened porch. This comfortably spacious open concept floor plan is well designed with 9' ceilings, easy-care flooring and living, dining and kitchen on the main floor, and bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs for privacy and comfort. NO PETS / NO SMOKING.
The property is quiet, but close to everything you would want for a get-away. Longboat Key is close to Sarasota and world renowned St. Armand's Circle. The location of this townhouse condominium is close to several restaurants from pizza to fine dining, and Harry's convenience store and deli is within walking distance. Public beach access is less than a mile in either direction with the beach located directly across the main road. Boardwalks and bicycle trails run throughout and alongside the Resort.
