Welcome to Weathersbee by the Sea. This is a 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home located 1 1/2 blocks from the beach with easy walk and access to a public Boardwalk. The living area is bright and beachy with comfortable furnishings and a flat screen , and opens onto a furnished deck facing the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen has tile counter tops and everything you need to serve a great meal! There is plenty of room to sit at the dining room table (seats 6) or at the kitchen bar. You will need to bring your own condiments. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a private shower/tub combo. Two bedrooms are queen bed and a full bed that share a bathroom. The 4th bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. One set is two fulls, and the other set is a full and a twin. Across the street from the bike trail makes it easy and convenient for exercise. There is also a hot tub for your enjoyment. The use of the golf cart is included in the price, although it is a little older and you have to be patient with it. There is an outdoor fish cleaning sink and shower. I have just added a grill. Everything is within walking distance. You can rent bikes and golf carts on the island. Historic Apalachicola is just minutes away with a town full of shops and restaurants. This home has a maximum occupancy of 13 guest. Dogs are welcome, there is a 75.00 pet fee for the first dog, and a 25.00 fee for each additional.
