Our house is just finished: we have restored and enlarged a small agricultural building located on a wooded lot. Everything is new from the kitchen to the living room through the bedding rooms that each have a bathroom and toilet. The view of the living room is unique and allows you to observe nature in an extraordinary way. We like to stay there to enjoy the calm and zenitude of places.

Summary: The house is very well appointed. Living area upstairs, bedrooms Downstairs. Nice bathrooms, lots of space. Unfortunately it was an unexpected heatwave the week we stayed, so we were unable to explore the area much. During the day we kept the shutters closed so the upstairs remained as cool as possible. We were able to sit under the terrace on the picnic bench in the garden in the shade (with the sheep), until the afternoon when the deck was in shade. The bedroom was a little warm at night, so a fan would have been useful. Only a 15 minute walk to the river, very good restaurant. 10 mins to supermarket by car. Good wine shop in Brissac for wine tasting. Saumur for tank museum and other sites. Would recommend.
