This gulf-front cottage is located directly on the beach and will transport you back to a simpler time to relax and unwind.
Built in 1952, Wave Crest was the beach retreat enjoyed by Florida's Chiles family for 60 years. It has been recently expanded, refurbished and fitted with modern conveniences, but the basic design and materials have not changed. Original to the home are the heart of pine floors, walls, and ceilings in common areas. The wood inside, including the kitchen cabinets, is old-growth Florida longleaf yellow pine harvested from the Chiles' family farm.
The kitchen has been newly updated with quartz countertops and new appliances. New and antique furniture appoint the living areas and the laundry features a commercial grade washer and dryer. Internet, Wi-Fi, cable, Xbox and four smart TVs will keep you connected. Welcome to the 1950s with a modern touch!
This three-bedroom, three-bath beachfront vacation rental cottage has two queen bedrooms and one with two twin beds. All have private baths; two with walk-in showers and one with a shower/tub combination making this home ideal for six beach lovers.
