You'll also find a dining table for 4 situated between the kitchen and living area. The kitchen features modern appliances and everything needed to enjoy a meal in. In a closet off the kitchen you'll find a stacked washer and dryer available for guest use.
Ready to wind down for the evening? Head down the hall where you'll find the master bedroom complete with a queen-size bed, an HDTV, and an attached bath with a vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV, and attached bath with a walk-in shower.
The patio offers great views of the shared lawn space. The common area of the condos also include two swimming pools, 4 hot tubs, sidewalk trails, picnic tables and barbecue grills under a beautiful canopy of mature pecan trees.
And the location is superb! The Guadalupe River is accessible directly from the property and you're just minutes away from the world's #1 water park, Schlitterbahn and the Comal River and Fairgrounds. The condo is less than a mile to Historic downtown New Braunfels, less than 2 miles to Landa Park and less than 3 miles to Historic Gruene.

*You must be 25 years or older to rent. Maximum occupancy of this unit is 6 guests at all times. Two parking spaces are designated for each condo and vehicles are limited to 2 at all times. Smoking and pets are not permitted. We want all Waterwheel guests to have a pleasant stay and guests who are disrespectful or disruptive to other guests risk forfeiting the remainder of their stay. Wristbands will be provided upon arrival for use of common areas. We manage several condos on this property and often have staff in the area, so if there is something you need don't hesitate to contact us.
