Summary: This property is located close to the water at St George’s Basin. My first impression was a closed gate to the driveway that was covered in more cobwebs than I’ve ever seen. The same for the gates to access the front door & back doors. (I cleaned these). The screen door at the main entrance was filthy & so were the windows in the main bathroom. There is no power access in the downstairs bathroom near the mirror to plug in a hair drier. The inside was clean, the kitchen very well equipped & the appliances seemed to be new. The property isn’t located near any general stores or coffee shops but it’s only a 10 minute drive to Vincentia or Huskisson. The WiFi was OK & there were TVs in each bedroom & the living area.
