The space
LIVING QUARTERS:
Enjoy scenic water views from EVERY room and tons of natural sunlight in this luxury home filled with designer touches. The main level features a gourmet kitchen, sunroom, living room, dining room, and full bathroom with shower.
Living Room:
Watch your favorite shows on an 82" smart tv equipped with local channels and log on to all your streaming accounts: Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc. as your group relaxes on the oversized designer furniture. You’ll find the buffet packed with cards and family games for all ages.
Kitchen:
Don't feel like eating out? The kitchen is well appointed with stainless-steel appliances: gas stove, fridge that dispenses craft ice and filtered water, dishwasher, and microwave. There are cookbooks with quick meal ideas in case you want to stay in and all necessary dinnerware, silverware, stemware, and cookware, including a crockpot and Insta-pot to prepare and serve a home-cooked meal. Keurig coffee pot with enough pods and creamer to get you started on your vacation!
Dining Room:
Seat up to 10 people around the farmhouse table for a meal or a fun family game night. Use the space as your work-from-home office or as a distance-learning classroom, all the while having a view of the bay.
Sunroom:
Enjoy additional eating space at the cozy breakfast area seating six. Morning coffee on the couch is an amazing place to watch the sun rise over Ocean City while the ducks and birds start their day.
Bathrooms:
Three full bathrooms provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap.
SLEEPING AREAS (2nd Floor):
Upstairs you’ll find 4 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a large additional full bathroom on the main level.
Master bedroom:
Gorgeous view of the bay with King bed, large closet and dresser, slider to the rooftop terrace, coffee bar with Nespresso maker. There's a workstation with desk and printer for checking in and a comfy chair to relax with a book or stream you’re your favorite show on the 50” TV.
King Bedroom 2
Adjustable king size bed, brand new 43” flat screen TV with streaming capabilities and large walk-in closet. Waterfront views of the bay from every window including a slider leading onto the rooftop terrace.
Rooftop terrace overlooks the Isle of Wight Bay and boasts an outdoor living room to lounge with fire table perfect for an evening glass of wine or cocktail. You can also enjoy your morning coffee at the pub height table for four.
Bedroom 3
The bedroom offers a queen size bed, 1 twin bed, a large closet, and a 43” Smart TV with streaming capabilities.
Bedroom 4
This bedroom offers a set of bunk beds, plus 1 pull out trundle bed. It also features a desk for an art project or catching up on schoolwork.
GARAGE/ RECREATION AREA
Garage features foosball, Pop-A-Shot basketball and ping pong for those rainy days! A double kayak, single kayak and SUP are available with an additional signed waiver.
BACKYARD
The backyard provides a Weber gas grill, outdoor dining set that seats 8, Adirondack chairs overlooking the docks with views all the way to Ocean City.
ENTERTAINMENT
We have free Gigabit WiFi access throughout the house. If you need a break from electronics, then we also have favorite classic board games, puzzles, cards, and books/magazines to keep you entertained.
HEAT & AIR
Dual zoned heating and air with Nest thermostats for a comfortable stay. Each bedroom offers a ceiling fan. If it starts to get chilly; we have extra blankets.
BEACH GEAR/OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT
When you're ready to enjoy the beach, we have 6 beach chairs, Boogie-boards and other gear in the garage. There's also a beach umbrella available to provide shade and a cooler to keep your food and drinks organized. Now you're ready for some fun in the OC sun -- just please keep our beach and ocean trash and plastic-free!
Guest access
The entire property is available to you, so please make yourself at home. We have reserved 3 closets for our personal items: (1) the storage space under the inside staircase (2) closets in the laundry room where we keep supplies for your stay (3) cupboard in the garage.
Other things to note
We do not provide bed linens, bath or beach towels. For linen rentals there are several providers in OC. Some of our guests have used Ocean City Beach & Linen Rental You will need: 2 King, 1 Queen, 4 twins for a comfortable stay at our home. Towels are $5.75 per set. Delivery and pickup are included. Please verify their current rates with the company.
We are a non-smoking home and we do not take pets

Please note our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Many of our neighbors are full-time residents. We do not allow parties or large group gatherings. Please consider this when booking.
Other things to note
We do not provide towels, sheets, or pillowcases. There are several linen rental services in Ocean City if you would like to rent towels, sheets, and beach towels.
