When you're not out walking along your private beach, stretch out on the second level's furnished balcony to savor a refreshing beverage while catching up with old friends. You'll have a gas grill for those fun hot-weather barbecues, and there is plenty of seating for everyone to savor the views in comfort. Inside, you'll find a modern and welcoming living space, dressed in cool tile floors, comfy furniture, and lots of attractive decors and personal touches.
The full kitchen is a thing of beauty, with high-end stainless steel appliances, a center prep island, a farmhouse sink, and all the space the group chefs will need to prepare a wonderful meal for everyone to enjoy. Serve your dinner guests at the dining table with partial bench seating and space for six. There is a separate dining room off the living area with a table with seating for six. Professionally landscaped and boasting a Mediterranean style, the house includes a handsome courtyard and a 100-foot lot with a thatched-roof cabana, a shared charcoal grill, and a protected concrete dock with a lift and davits, perfect for impromptu fishing trips. When it's time to close out the evening, you'll have six lavish rooms to enjoy, with two primary suites on both the second and third floors, and four of the six rooms include either canal or gulf views. This home is located in Port Antigua close to all kinds of fun activities and attractions, such as Anne's Beach, snorkeling, fishing, restaurants, and bars.
