This is a new waterfront condo/apartment situated on South West River, in a quiet adult community off the tourist track, yet close to golf, beaches , Cavendish, Anne Of Green Gables Museum and homestead. Many quality restaurants near by.
The views are stunning.
We are a 10 minute drive to Kensington and 20 minutes to Summerside.
Newly constructed 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo. 1248 Sq ft. Beautiful shaded paver patio with deck furniture, facing the water.
Each room has a large window facing the water which allows views of the river from wake up to sunset.
Bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen has high quality appliances, pullout double garbage, deep drawers. Granite countertops, fully equipped.
Laundry room with washer and dryer.
All furniture is new. All chairs in living room recline. Beds, one queen and one king are very comfortable and high quality. Large bedrooms.
This condo is fully equipped .
This property is suitable for retirement couples or singles, mature adults who seek a quiet relaxing vacation. Owners are quiet senior couple who reside on property. This property is in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood made up of retired and working couples . We all treasure our serene , quiet relaxing , peaceful days and evening.
It is not suitable for parties, people celebrating home comings, special events., pets or children , and gathering of more than 4 -6 people.
Access to beaches, golf courses, shopping is within 10-15 minutes. Yet we are located outside the busy tourist centers.
