Enjoy a relaxing getaway at the lake. Sip your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lake; swim from your private beach; kayak with the 4 available; BBQ on the grill provided, relax around the fire pit on the beach roasting marshmallows.
The surrounding area offers great restaurants, family friendly activities such as museums, hiking, nature preserve, apple picking, all in close proximity. During winter months, its only 20 minutes to enjoy downhill skiing at Mohawk Mountain or Ski Sundown. For the adults, tour one of the local vineyards or the Litchfield Distillery, all just minutes away.
The house is a great place to enjoy the beautiful Fall foliage, watch the ice boaters and ice fisherman in the winter. It is beautiful all year round.
The house has everything you could need, sheets, towels, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils.

Summary: Absolutely loved it. There was not one thing that we needed for our stay. The owner was readily available for questions. The whole process was extremely simple. When we told our grandson that we had to leave, he started crying. We hope to return again.
